Vaping has become a mainstream activity, thanks to its wonderful benefits over smoking. Unlike traditional cigarettes, it doesn’t feel harsh on the throat or lungs. In fact, many smokers today consider switching to vape juices to quit their habit and live healthier lives.

If you, too, have just broken into the world of vaping to stamp out your vaping addiction - it’s great! However, the initial vaping experience can be somewhat daunting, especially when it comes to finding the perfect e-liquid for your needs.

E-liquid, otherwise known as “vape liquid” or “vape juice,” is the fluid used in vape devices to produce flavorful vapors. From fruit and desserts to tobacco, vape juices are available in a wide array of tempting flavors. You can also distinguish them based on their nicotine strength, VG to PG ratio, bottle size, and compatibility with different vape devices.

Not sure how to select the best e-juice for you? Don’t worry; we’ve got you covered! In this article, we have rounded up the top tips, along with the best vape brands of 2022.

TIPS FOR CHOOSING THE BEST VAPE JUICE

Know Your Flavor

The most awesome thing about vaping is that you can try out different flavors at the same time. For starters, opt for the most familiar flavor to make the switch as smooth as possible. Tobacco and menthol vape liquid flavors are perfect for fulfilling your cravings, thereby making your “quit smoking” journey easy and effective.

If you are all heart at taking your taste buds on an adventure, there is a whole world of sweet flavors out there. Go for exotic fruit flavors or fruit and dessert mix to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Check Nicotine Level

Once you pick the flavor, the next step is determining the preferred nicotine level.

The choice of nicotine strength is based on how much stuff you prefer. For example, if you’re a light smoker who goes through half a pack or less per day, you may want to consume vapor juice with 6mg or below nicotine level.

There are myriads of e-liquid options for average or heavy smokers, ranging from 9 mg to 36mg nicotine strength.

Pro Tip: If you’re new to vaping and don't have a strong smoking history, start with lighter strength and gradually work your way up. The less nicotine, the better the experience for a beginner.

Consider VG To PG Ratio

Most e-juices are made of two basic ingredients: vegetable glycerol (VG), propylene glycol (PG), or a blend of two. While VG directly impacts the level of vapor production, PG is responsible for enhancing the flavor profile of the e-liquid.

The best vape e-juices are a combination of both VG and PG, meaning you get to enjoy both vapor and flavor simultaneously.

Though a common PG to VG ratio is 40:60, you can experiment with different combinations according to needs.

Be Mindful Of Your Equipment

The e-cig or the vape device is the brain, and e-liquid is its soul! So, you have to ensure their compatibility with each other for the best of your vaping experience.

The easiest way to do this is to check the coils of your device. If the coils are replaceable, they are likely to have the ohm printed on them. Consider the ohm rating, and then refer to guidelines to learn which is better: higher PG or higher VG.

If the ohm rating isn’t super low, pick a balanced 50% vape juice online to make the most out of your device.
